You may be wondering: what's a cantata? That's a good question! A cantata at least the Baptist version is a series of songs sung by the choir interspersed with Scripture readings and other readings. Generally, our choir presents one at Christmas and one at Easter. The message is shared both by the readings and by the songs! Our choir has been working diligently on our Christmas cantata. This year's cantata is called "The Heart of Christmas." Our choir will be presenting this year's cantata on Sunday morning December 10 at 10:45am! I hope you'll come out and join us in this musical presentation of the message of Christmas!
